Board Meeting

Your board of directors is an elected body by our membership.  The board, once convened, determines through internal voting whom will chair one of several positions. Whenever a member resigns, resumes are collected and vetted.  Next a membership vote is held to approve and select a replacement board member.  Board participation is open to all members. The board meets monthly at various venues throughout Metro Detroit.   If a member of the FBIDCAAA wishes to attend this meeting, they need to reach out to the current president and arrangements will be made.  


Minutes are kept for these meetings and published on this forum. Minutes are published after they are approved.  This means that minutes are approved and posted with at least a 4 week delay.  Januarys meeting minutes are circulated and edited after the meeting, approved during Februarys meeting and posted shortly thereafter.
